Refund policy

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation:

LAS will not accept the return of any goods supplied in accordance with the customer orders unless they received a faulty item.

If your item is faulty, please email us at contact@laswitches.com and we'll refund, fix or send out a replacement as early as possible.

Alternatively please call +973 17232880  and speak to a team member who will be happy to assist you.

Unless you received a faulty item, you can't return your order.

Cancellation:

Consumers have the right to cancel their orders within 24 hours of the order, the consumer should inform our Customer Support Team in order to do the same.

However please be note, we are unable to make any changes once your order has been shipped. 

Funds will be returned on the same method used for purchase and will be processed in 14days or less from the time of receipt.
